Strawberry Road Upgrade - Jewel Lake Road to Northwood Drive
This project upgraded the road to urban collector standards. Improvements included a new road base, pavement, curbs, pedestrian facilities, storm drainage, street lighting, traffic calming and landscaping. This collector street was a two-lane strip paved road with inadequate drainage, lighting, and pedestrian facilities. The 2007 ARDSA bond funds included $8.4 million for construction of this project, which was constructed in the 2007 thru 2009 construction seasons. (Community Council: Sand Lake, Assembly District 3)
